Reserve of deposit +/- 20,000,000 mt
Distance to Port +/- 110 kms (3 hours)
Must build 11 kilometers access road from province road to site mine
Loading Port Teluk Bayur, Padang
Vessel Capacity 30,000 DWT

Concession 2:
Wide of Area 193,7 hectares
Legality Exploitation Permit
Fe Total 65,93%
Reserve of Deposit +/- 4,000,000 mt
Distance to Port +/-245 Kms (5 hours) with province road facility
Already have access road with distance 8 kilometers, wide 10-12 meters
Loading Port Teluk Bayur, Padang
Vessel Capacity 30,000 DWT

We invite a bonafide investors to joint venture with us to develop our iron ore concession with two (2) schemes:

1. Investor will manage all operation to produce iron ore, and we receive fee royalty basis per metric tonnes with FOB Mother Vessel basis.
2. We manage all operation to produce iron ore, and investor as a sole buyer will give us a down payment for one year minimum exclusive contract.
